It would perhaps be useful, before we enumerate East End Homes’ virtues and achievements, for us to know who PAUL BLOSS is. This is the man who is ensconced at the top of the pile. This is the man who is responsible for the decisions that affect our lives. This is the man who gives the lead and sets the tone for our employees – yes, they really are OUR employees, paid to serve us, however much it may be unpalatable as statements go.
I do not know who our glorious leader is. He is a complete mystery to me. To me he may well be a demi-god who from time to time deigns to attend to business brought to his notice. My understanding of the identity and character of Paul Bloss is vague, hazy, unclear, confused and inadequate. To me Paul Bloss is quite a mystery, almost an enigma.
Many seem to sympathise or empathise with my genuine state of ignorance as far as Paul Bloss is concerned. I am sure from my own casual conversations that many intelligent and vital people on the Glamis Estate do not have a clear idea of who Paul Bloss is. The same goes for the others – we must examine them all, one by one, and scrutinise them so we may better appreciate and know their worth – but we should start with Paul Bloss, our own Big Brother.
Please contribute positively and using due self-control as to language. We need to know Paul Bloss in order to understand Paul Bloss and since so very few appear to understand him at all we should pool our knowledge here.
Everyone knows that the root problem with these people is the consummate and undisguised contempt with which Paul Bloss views all leaseholders and tenants. With some noteworthy exceptions I am pleased to say, too many EEH staff are fundamentally convinced that the properties are ‘theirs’ and that we are merely an inconvenient necessity. Paul Bloss really does not care what anyone says and that attitude goes all the way down to estate officers and others. There is far too much ‘attitude’, high and low, too little respect for us and an unhealthy opinion that Bloss and the rest hold that makes them nseriously believe they can do as they please, ignore what they choose to ignore, spend public money as they deem appropriate and if a little malfeasance or lying is necessary then that will be quite OK because nobody can touch us, anyway. Teflon has absolutely nothing on EEH. If Paul Bloss could be packaged and marketed he would have plenty of ready takers. EastEndHomes should be renamed PaulBlossHomes! We should remove the Queens picture from banknotes and replace it with his, alter the wording to “Paul Bloss promises to listen to himself”
The Audit Commission, Tenants Services Authority (TSA) have issued new stronger guidelines for resident involvement, EEH will appear to follow these new guidelines but they will build a bigger, thicker and stronger wall around their undemocratic, compliant to PB, board, and APPEAR to be toeing the line. NOT!Paul Bloss’s Eastend Homes has been conning the Glamis Estate residents for all the years that the ‘social landlord’ has been in existence.
Just one example: Poplar Harca 1 bedroom heating charge is £7 (+/-) Eastend Homes charge for similar cubic meterage = £19 (+/-). Why? No reason. Eastend Homes has never offered an explanation, however unbelievable it may be. It is that was because Paul Bloss says it is so. Is that honest? No, it is not but that has never stopped disingenuous statements from Paul Bloss or from his minions on his behalf. A typical ‘black means white’ ‘director’ is Steve Inkpen who deliberately misleads in writing and lies in public but ‘stinkpen’ (as he is affectionately(?) known enjoys the full confidence of Paul Bloss, of course…how could it be otherwise?
paul Blos, how much is he on? and that could be one reason why service charge had an exponential jump compare to what it was under Tower Hamlets.

これが１番目の理由ですね。
２番目は使う素材が非常によくなってきた。
特に塗料ですね。
