Looking at the visualisations the following thoughts come to mind
Massive overdevelopment – there is not the infrastructure to support all the people that these properties will bring into the area
No consideration for local residents
Unattractive design and layout – lack of imagination in design
Lack of character
Lost of open space currently enjoyed by residents – open space should be preserved for the benefit of local residents
Slums of tomorrow
Most buildings appear to have flat roofs – high maintenance when compared to tiled roofs
Inadequate parking facilities – people will park on the road
Look more like plans for properties to be built in the 1960’s and 1970’s – many councils are pulling down properties that look like these.
Request to EEH and Tower Hamlets Council – work with local residents on something that works for everybody and which all can be proud of
